The trip from Wellington to Cape Town International Airport was everything but impersonal or weird with the usual discomfort of other means of transport. I now understand why every customer become a friend. Susan and I talked non-stop and I could because she made me feel right at ease and comfortable. She loaded and unloaded my luggage and at the airport she parked, got me a trolley and loaded that before she pushed the trolley all the way close to my check-in point and seated me at a comfortable spot before her appointment with the next customer.
